notes secured by First Trust Deeds. We have provided this investment
opportunity since 1989.
Common reasons for borrowers to use these funds vary from a short-term
Real Estate transaction such as a “bridge loan” to the purchase of
a property for a few years.
The most important characteristics are as follows:
- Term – Up to 60 months
- Note rates range from 9% to 12%
- Collateral secured by a Note and Deed of Trust
- Loan-to-value varies specific to each transaction
- Payments are arranged to the terms of each transaction
- Prepay penalty – varies
